Cookie Policy

1. Scope and current status

This policy describes cookies and local storage identified in Nexiis Tools code. The confirmed company responsible for the platform is FRENA SOLUCOES EM TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA., Brazilian company registration number 51.080.069/0001-03, in Brazil. It does not claim that providers not yet configured are active.

2. Essential technologies

The site uses `localStorage` for theme preference (`nexiis-theme`) and consent choice (`nexiis-consent-v1`). These are browser local-storage items, not cookies.

Tool language selection may write the first-party `nexiis-tools-language` cookie with `Path=/`, `SameSite=Lax` and up to one year of duration, plus a localStorage copy. It helps the generic route choose a language; it is not an advertising identifier.

3. Analytics and advertising

Analytics and advertising are optional banner categories. In current code, GA4, GTM, Google AdSense and another advertising provider are not configured or loaded.

Accepting a category only permits a future eligible integration; it does not activate an external service without real configuration. No optional provider cookies are identified in this version.

4. Choice, rejection and withdrawal

In the banner, you can accept optional categories, reject them, or customize Analytics and Advertising independently. Reading policies does not change that decision.

The Privacy settings button reopens the panel to change or withdraw optional categories. If storage is unavailable, the interface says the choice applies only to the current session.

5. Providers and updates

Before Analytics or advertising is enabled, the project must publish providers, purposes, technologies, domains, retention rules and applicable regional requirements. This page will be reviewed with the effective configuration and legal validation.
